Digital lending disclosures
Summary disclosures aligned with RBI digital lending expectations for borrowers using this website (DLA).
What this website is
This website is a Digital Lending App / platform interface operated by ONKIST. It helps you apply for loan products originated and serviced by regulated entities (NBFCs / banks). ONKIST does not replace the lender's sanction letter or contract.
Key Fact Statement (KFS)
Before you accept a loan, the lending partner will present a Key Fact Statement including loan amount, tenor, annual percentage rate (APR), instalment amount, processing fees, penal charges, cooling-off / look-up period, and grievance officer details. You should receive signed copies on your verified email / SMS after execution.

Cooling-off / exit
Regulated lenders must offer a cooling-off window (minimum one day under current RBI digital lending directions, or as stated in your KFS) during which you may exit the loan by paying principal and proportionate APR without penalty, subject to any disclosed one-time processing fee in the KFS.
