ONKIST operates this website as a digital lending platform / lending service provider (LSP) agent that helps you apply for credit products originated by regulated lending partners.

Credit approval, pricing, sanction, disbursal, and recovery are solely at the discretion of the regulated lending partner named in your offer and Key Fact Statement (KFS).

• You must be an Indian resident eligible under partner policy (typically 21–60 years).
• Information you provide must be accurate; false information may lead to rejection or legal action.
• You must have legal capacity to enter a loan contract.

Amounts, EMIs, or “pre-approved” limits shown on the website or in the apply flow are indicative until the lender issues a final sanction and KFS. Do not rely on them as a binding offer.

• Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security controls.
• Do not submit applications on behalf of others without authority.
• We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or regulatory reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, ONKIST is not liable for indirect losses arising from partner lending decisions, third-party outages, or force majeure. Your loan relationship is with the lending partner once sanctioned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place ofONKIST's registered office shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
